Rental Agreement

As a watersport rental company, RiverWitch Kayak Rentals & Tours, LLC (RWKRT) must remain compliant with Florida State laws and regulations. RWKRT is required to obtain waivers and provide all participants with FWC’s Pre-Rental and Pre-Ride Instruction and Attestation form. Participants on paddle boards or kayaks must adhere to these requirements. Renter agrees to receive and follow all pre-rental and pre-ride instructions per FWC guidelines of the Florida Boating Safety Act (SB606).  Your compliance with the law is essential for a safe experience. Florida Administrative Code Rule 68D-34.002 mandates that ALL renters, including minors, must receive and sign a pre-rental and pre-ride instruction form.

Please remember that you will be required to fill out waivers and other paperwork before launch (links are provided on the various tours and rental pages). We suggest taking care of this in advance and bringing the completed forms with you to save time and set off on your adventure as soon as possible. If you are not able, no worries, just arrive a few minutes early so we can get the paperwork out of the way.
